This was for my moms birthday a couple weeks ago. She requested Dark Chocolate cake with salted caramel and cashew filling. The "C" with the crystals on top she picked out about a year ago and told me..."I want this for my birthday cake!". It is perfect for her as everything she owns sparkles in some way or another. The cake was iced in buttercream and airbrushed. The fondant stripes and bow was painted with a vodka and sparkle dust combo. The pearls in the center of each flower were also covered in sparkles.
