This was my first ice cream cake. I made if for my neices 14th birthday. White cake with cookies and cream ice cream. The cake was iced in whipped cream frosting. "14", palm trees, shells and fish are chocolate.
This cake was orderd for a 1st birthday. Cake is iced in buttercream. Animals are hand modeled our of fondant. Chocolate rocks and a pretzel plam tree complete the jungle theme.
White cake with a strawberry mousse filling. The cake is iced in buttercream. The "2" and "Bridget" are made of chocolate and our favorite sesame street character is an edible image. The birthday girl was thrilled!
